Genelle began her martial arts training in the art of Tae Kwon Do. Her journey found her discovering the Inosanto Academy of Martial Arts and taking a deep dive into the arts of Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, and Muay Thai. Eventually she formed her own training group called Bua Muay Thai. Currently she teaches martial arts at her academy in Richmond Virginia.
